On other platforms, when the professional is treating another patient, the person waiting receives an automatic notification that explains that the professional is busy with another patient and that he will be treated soon. In addition, while you wait, brief and informative content appears, either about the same platform or simple health tips. This helps a lot to make the patient calmer. I comment on this because many patients are anxious and expect care to be accurate on time. These alerts reduce anxiety both for them and for the professional. It also happens to me that, when I am in the middle of a consultation, a notification appears that another patient is trying to access the same Meet link, and that interrupts the session a little. I thought that each patient had a different link, so I was surprised. That's why I wanted to suggest that the virtual waiting room be a little clearer, with automatic alerts and some content while the patient waits.
