Hello! The “archive” function could be added to those interested in the waiting list who no longer want time instead of having to delete them to get them off the list. Hopefully I can include an enter comment about why you are archiving them (similar to the window that appears when you discharge a patient), to know the actions that were taken. Many patients return to see again in the future, and it's very useful to have previous information about their scheduling intentions. Thank you!

I would love it if for those of us who are classified as a clinical center we can send emails to ALL our patients (with no limit of recipients - we have a database of +1000 people) and not that we can send only 40 emails a day. Thank you!!

It would be very useful if they allowed more tabs or personalized categories to be added to therapists' profiles. For example, the fact that each professional could organize their services in different sections, such as “Tarot”, “Akashic Records”, “Palmistry”, etc. Currently, having to scroll endlessly through a long list of services is overwhelming for users, and many people end up leaving the page without scheduling because they get tired of looking for what they need. Sometimes emergencies can happen to us that mean we stop working. For example, an accident of ours or that of a close family member. In these cases, we need to let you know quickly and efficiently that we will have to cancel appointments. It would be great to have an emergency button that notifies patients/clients that for reasons of urgency or force majeure we will have to cancel the scheduled time. You could even personalize the message by adding that as soon as we have more time, we will contact you to reschedule. In this way, we can address our emergency, and have safely notified our patients or clients that we will not be able to treat them.

When a foreign patient/customer wants to buy an event at La Vitrina, the schedule shown only appears in the Santiago time zone, which can confuse those who buy elsewhere outside Chile.
