Sometimes I do exercises with my patients or leave tasks from a certain battery of tasks that I would like to remember without having to review past attention one by one, which were the exercises and tasks already performed.

I imagine that this would be useful for those who request exams and should be clear about which ones they have already requested.

I imagine the solution as a section in the file that can be viewed and edited regardless of which file I'm reviewing. Something like a “memory” of important notes.
