Hello, I want to leave my experience and a suggestion regarding not being able to control the payment method of our patients. Unfortunately, the fact that some pay with credit and others with a transfer generates unpredictable additional costs that are not budgeted and that should be able to be controlled by the professionals who use the platform. Before, that cost could be borne by the patient, I understand that by law it is not possible now, so we end up assuming it ourselves. Given this change in the law, the platform should allow us to offer the payment method that suits our patients (for example, blocking the credit option if we don't want to use it). I think it would be a useful tool for entrepreneurs, since this change has greatly diminished the experience of using the platform due to reduced revenues and unpredictable accounting. The solution they have given me before is to raise my prices to include the cost, but I don't think it's a good measure because I also “punish” those who will pay by transfer. I hope it will be taken into consideration because it is a topic that I have had to talk to several professionals who use framing and there are several of us who talk about how incredible the platform is, but the big BUT of this particular point appears.
