Option for patients: “Notify me if it is released an hour early”

It happens that some patients need to schedule “as soon as possible” but there are more distant places in time. It would be interesting if patients could schedule the time that is available to the professional, and mark an option to be notified if a quota is generated before the date.
This benefits patients, and professionals.
