Hello everyone, we implemented the WhatsApp appointment fee today! You can see it by clicking on the session and then on “Charge”.
This functionality and many more are available for the Advanced Plan.
The Plan includes:
- AI Assistant via WhatsApp
- WhatsApp appointment retriever
- Sending evaluations via WhatsApp
- Unlimited mass mailings
- Advanced reports
- And soon, appointment confirmations via WhatsApp

I think it would be better if the WhatsApp billing message was sent from Framed and not from our personal WhatsApp (because for that I write it myself and in a more “subtle” way) and I wish there were the possibility of scheduling emails or WhatsApp for collections.
