The new format of prescriptions several patients have mentioned to me seems messy because the name of the drug does not stand out at the top of each one. In addition, you cannot specify details on each of the drugs (such as increasing doses per week, for example), nor is there a space for a master recipe book.

I want to report a serious usability issue in the last update. The new recipe system has eliminated the agility we had before, transforming a process of seconds into one of several minutes.
The critical problem is the removal of quick templates at least for Simple Recipes. The current system requires each medication to be loaded and in the case of master prescriptions not all the raw materials that one must enter (sometimes more than 10) manually and structurally appear. This is not feasible in a real medical consultation because of the time it consumes. In addition, the medication database is incomplete, preventing prescriptions from being finalized correctly.
Required Solution: Please enable a “Free Text Prescription” option where the doctor can type the indications and components without format restrictions or mandatory drug-by-drug fields. I am currently using the “Certificates” section as a patch, which demonstrates the flaw of the current design.
I expect a prompt solution to this setback in the tool.
