because being a psychologist patients cancel time and that is equivalent to deserting processes many times, I wanted to see if there is a possibility that patients cancel and do not have another future time taken, can you ask them the reason for the cancellation?
This is something very specific to this profession, but perhaps it would be useful if when canceling they could select a reason or write in a short text.

Hello everyone! I tell you that starting today you will be able to know the reason for cancellation from the email notification:)
When a patient/client of yours cancels their session, they will be asked why. It's optional to leave a response, but if you do, we'll let you know in the email that comes to you.
I leave you screenshots of the change in the email, and the change we made for the patient/client who wants to cancel.

In fact, you could do something like canceling an email subscription, where they ask you closed questions (as an alternative) and leave a space for you to comment on something.
*The alternatives may be modifiable by each professional.
