There could be multiple user accounts for the same profile, with different privileges. For example: The administrator profile with access to being able to create/modify services and all the Framed settings, and another profile for managing the schedule, or limited to the functions allowed by the administrator profile.

I say this because I would like to share my profile (I am a lawyer) with my partner or legal technician, but not give them access to my Google profile, and I have seen something similar in medical offices, where although solutions such as framing manage the agenda and ballots, they also have a secretary.
