I would like the evaluations to be sent by WhatsApp or that I can send them the link that is sent to the email by phone in order to facilitate this process

Evaluation requested by WhatsApp

Evaluation requested by WhatsApp immediately at the end of the consultation and specifying that you should evaluate the patient as specific questions about how the care was, the cost, the location and what condition was resolved for you or why you came to the consultation

Evaluation through a Whatsapp link

Many people have told me that the email is checked during work hours and there are so many emails that during working hours it is difficult to carry out the evaluation. So it would be ideal if they were sent to their WhatsApp.
In addition, that in the evaluation they can indicate which service they used and add some questions to guide the evaluation. For example: the place, the service, the professional, etc.

Please apply this soon, lately the evaluation email doesn't reach the main inbox, it goes to spam or the offers section (and that most people don't open)

I also suggested it once in the mail! I think it would be very useful and more practical

That evaluations can also be done by wsp, not all patients do so by mail

I agree, most patients use WhatsApp as their primary means of communication. It would be useful and facilitating both for the professional and for the patient, to send the evaluation link through a WhatsApp message

I agree, that you are invited to write the evaluation and that they don't just mark the little stars:)

It's true, around here I work with families with young children (between 0 and 3 years old) and they have every desire to evaluate but they swim in unseen emails and end up frustrated asking me for the statement of the email because sometimes filtering their emails don't appear or went to spam? And it's not to pressure them, it's just to leave the link handy once the service is over. “Thank you very much for trusting my work, below is a link to evaluate the service. Your feedback is important to me. Thank you in advance” that's what I always write to them and most of them end up writing their evaluation to me in the same WhatsApp chat

I hope this initiative will be done, because the same thing happens to me. Many patients don't see wtp or are older people who primarily use wtp and not email.
