Recently, Framed is much slower than usual, making the experience unpleasant. This happens to a greater extent on the “Calendar” page, taking more than 5 seconds to refresh the page and get the data. It even sometimes gives an error “An error occurred loading your calendar. Try to reload the page.”

Hello Sebastian Donoso! I'm Claudio, engineering leader at Encuadrado. First, thank you very much for leaving us your report. I want to tell you that we are aware of the situation you are reporting, we have been performing our calendar for a couple of weeks under our own loading speed standards. Now, I also want to tell you that we have been working on this for several days and from today you should start to notice a positive change in the loading speed of your calendar. We are also still working to keep improving it even more!
