Is it possible that there is a way to confirm the hours before paying? For example, a patient who knows he is going to go, but is currently busy and cannot make the payment immediately, could they put an option where they click “I will attend” and that payment is pending? For example, if you attend the calendar it turns blue and if you pay it goes green, something like that. It used to occupy the reservo platform and it worked like this. Hello! Consultation, when the patient receives the reminder message for the session, is there any way to know who confirms the appointment? Or is it just a reminder?

It would be great if the connection link was only sent once the patient has made the payment.
Somehow clarify this in the confirmation messages, detailing that the payment must be made 24 hours before the consultation.
Although it's written in the message we leave, not all people read the full emails.
