Sometimes emergencies can happen to us that mean we stop working. For example, an accident of ours or that of a close family member. In these cases, we need to let you know quickly and efficiently that we will have to cancel appointments.
It would be great to have an emergency button that notifies patients/clients that for reasons of urgency or force majeure we will have to cancel the scheduled time. You could even personalize the message by adding that as soon as we have more time, we will contact you to reschedule.
In this way, we can address our emergency, and have safely notified our patients or clients that we will not be able to treat them.

Excellent idea!! On more than one occasion something like this has happened to me and notifying everyone is cumbersome and slow, perhaps I can send a message, customizable in advance, automatically by email or WhatsApp.
