Could you add a button to select from 100 to 100 or from 1,000 to 1000 recipients? since it only lets me select from 10 by 10, and we have a database of more than 4,000 and we need to write to patients. Or classify patients more by professional so the shipment is more personalized since we want the center to have the center's signature at the end of each email.
